The initial stage of the preparation of the young talent is the most difficult. Little, a boy or a girl, to teach a technical reception, it is necessary even from those who come to select faster, more coordinated, clever and smart.
The pedagogical process of preparing a player is a whole complex of knowledge, which makes it possible to achieve high results by mastering technical skills, systematic development of physical and individual, as well as moral qualities. To teach, train, train, educate are the inseparable links of one chain.
So, the initial stage of preparation requires careful attention to your student who came to you. It is very important for the coach to define and understand the principles of effective communication with the player at the group level or individually, as well as the specifics of contacts with parents.

The coach must be consistent in the relationship with the players, he must explain the contribution of each player to the success of the team. And all players are treated as individuals.
Teaching technical elements (techniques), as a rule, begins with a simple ball, in combination with other types of elements (athletics - running, jumping, gymnastics - stretching, squats, pushups, etc., basketball - catching, handing the ball .d.) Starting to train the dribble, the coach must know and ensure that his student lifts his head, tears his eyes off the ball. Natural instinct, which from birth was entrenched in the child, when "Mom said:" look under your feet so as not to fall. " We, the coaches must destroy this natural skill, constantly, giving such exercises so that the student looks forward and to the sides, controlling the ball or not looking at it, or managing to look at the ball and perform the following actions or techniques.
The first exercise is to dribble the ball in a straight line with a comfortable foot in the middle of the climb or toe at a distance of 5-10 meters, stop the ball with the sole and roll the ball back, turn around, continue dribbling with another, uncomfortable foot. After the first passing of the reference, make a stop, correct or correct, seen errors, showing the correct dribbling.
When students learn the technical technique, it should be fixed by holding a competition:
1 - who will be the best, second, third ...
2- which team will be the first, second, third.
Then we proceed to the study of the following technique.
The second exercise is how to learn to keep the ball in the air (juggling), not allowing it to touch the ground (sink to the ground). Beginners try, after showing the coach. Someone will do 1 time, another 1-2 times. Stop, show again, let me try again, again and again. Give the command - pick up the ball, then lower the ball (throw) to the ground and after a rebound from the ground, knock the ball down with a comfortable foot, catch it with your hands. Give the command to do the same exercise with the other leg. Then assign the task to perform this exercise in turn with both legs.
At the end of the lesson (training), give a homework assignment for this exercise, and at the next training session, check how they did their homework.
The third exercise is from dribbling the ball in a straight line, moving to dribbling the ball diagonally, and the distance between the posts should be 3-4 meters:
Holding the ball with the right foot with the inside of the foot, touching the ball three times, stopping the ball with the left foot with the inside of the foot, continue dribbling, touching three times with the inside of the foot, stopping with the right foot, continue conducting this way diagonally.

Ball tricks that need to be mastered during the whole educational process:
leading - toe, mid-rise, outer and inner side of the foot, sole.
Types of kicks that need to be mastered:

First, all the exercises for strikes and stops are performed on the ground, then go to the transmission by air and stops the ball after the transmission.

fraudulent movements (feints).
The very first and easiest to learn is a trick case. The guys have already learned the dribble, gears and we begin to study the trick.
We start with the ball holding the inside of the foot of the right foot, touching 3-4 times,
then, as if stumbling on the left foot, the body and the weight of the body are shifted to the left, and then with a sharp movement we change the position of the body to the right and pick up the ball with the outer side of the foot of the right foot and run away to the right.
The same exercise is repeated in the opposite direction.
First, this technical technique is performed on the spot, then retreating one step from the ball, on command, once we take a step - lunge to the left, two - pick up the ball with the outer side of the foot, run away to the right. Then, we repeat after running the ball diagonally. When we have mastered the technique, we remind the guys to keep their heads straight.
Then we complicate the exercise, when two partners move simultaneously to meet each other and, after 2-3 meters, show a trick to the left and go to the right.
Having mastered this trick, go to the second, built on the basis of the first:
First, we repeat the first trick in place to the left, then with our right foot we make a movement to the left, close the ball, put our foot on the ground, move the body to the right, pick up the ball with the outside of the foot of the left foot and run away to the left.
Having mastered the correct execution on the spot, we repeat, moving one step away from the ball.
Then we execute this trick after running along the diagonal.
Complicate the performance of feint, moving each other to the meeting.
We propose to apply the studied feints in the game.
Thus, the player, having mastered a certain arsenal of skills, must continue to improve them in the game. For example, game 1 vs. 1 for one minute, there is a maneuver and choice of position, and the selection of the ball, and the stroke of the opponent, which identifies those qualities that are well mastered and those that are not yet mastered. What to work on. Repeating several such exercises, making remarks on the mistakes of each player, proceed to the exercises in games 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3, etc.
When training beats, the coach should set new tasks for the student, thus:
the first week - hit in a certain way in a certain part of the gate,
the second week - hit from different points, hit the same goal point,
the third week is a kick from the same place, sending the ball alternately at two points of the goal.
In the fourth week - a blow from two points to fall alternately in each area of the gate.
In the future, we repeat various types of strikes on the rolling ball (from partner, to partner, right and left, with a rebound on the ground, from the air) with the right and left foot.
In order to induce the pupils to master and consolidate the skills of various blows, I propose to make blows every week:
The first is a blow to the inside of the climb
The second - hit the middle of the climb
The third is a blow by the outer part of the climb
Fourth - slash blow the inside of the rise
The fifth is a slashed blow by the outside of the climb.
Then we fix the technique of strikes and complicate the conditions of execution, the time of execution, the execution of strikes after various types of technical training (management, stops, processing, tricks, gears). The coach requires the students to choose the method of impact, which must be performed at the moment in the current situation.
Performing the techniques in bundles it is necessary to set the task to reduce the pauses between processing, stopping, feint, and transfer.
For example - stop the ball with a foot - kick, or pause before the kick
- stopping the ball with a breast - a blow,
- stopping the ball with the head - a blow, while the guys should hit the gate as quickly as possible.
Training these exercises should be close to the game. And it is also very important that the punches are carried out accurately and with the necessary force with both the right and left legs. Those guys who are poorly or poorly performing strikes should receive homework assignments.
As we master the techniques, we proceed to study the interaction of the players of our team, that is, we begin to learn the basics of tactics. We learn how best to play at the moment, pass the ball to the feet on the ground or through the air, pause, trick, play with a partner, or run away, score a goal.
But before moving on to tactics, we must form a team, placing our students in such a way that they can carry out the tasks assigned to the team. Who will defend the gate, who will play in the defense, who will be the midfielders, who will attack.
In the process of training, where technical skills and techniques are mastered, capable, coordinated, fast learners are already being identified.
When playing in defense, one must learn not only to take the ball away from the opponent, but also to give an exact pass to a partner. For example, a defender will run out from behind the attacker's back, intercept a pass and will have to instantly orient themselves in the situation. Which way is more profitable to start a counterattack? Either go forward yourself, or shortly play with a partner, or a long pass to send the ball behind the opponent’s back, to which the attacking partner should be the first to reach.
Another very important thing is discipline, strict compliance with the instructions of the coach.
The defender today must be as fast as the attacker, who knows how to play well with his head, anticipate the opponent’s maneuver (read the game), have a good kick, be able to pick the ball.
The midfield line is completed primarily from healthy footballers who are well oriented on the field in different situations and are able to pass the ball to a partner for the final blow or to continue the attack. The ability to organize a game of valuable quality, so midfielders must be conductors.
Forwards must be quick, aggressive, able to beat the enemy, quickly navigate in a changing environment, execute (score) the ball and in the way that the situation allows.
From childhood, playing at a certain place, a football player gradually comprehends all the subtleties of the fight, characteristic of his playing role, becomes an experienced, reliable striker, midfielder, defender, goalkeeper.
Coaches try to find such a role to the player where he likes to play when he reveals his best individual qualities.
Creativity of the coach, along with enthusiasm, diligence, discipline and performance of the player, throughout the training process, gives the result. Working with children of different ages, I achieved a result.
