Since we try to use high-protein and high-carbohydrate foods in our diet, while naturally we prefer carbohydrates of slow digestibility, in this sense pasta made from durum wheat is an ideal product. In this case, with which we only do not eat them - and with sweet and salty, for example, pasta with honey - just yummy! Here is another simple recipe: boil pasta, add homemade cottage cheese to them and mix. It turns out a great dietary meal. Well, of course, the traditional and all favorite dish - macaroni and cheese. But the main thing here is not to abuse and not digest (if you overdo the pasta in boiling water, then their glycemic index will immediately rise almost one and a half times, and this is the potential for insulin response, the culprit of subcutaneous fat accumulation with an excess of carbohydrates or the use of inappropriate types of carbohydrates )! Since I am inclined to be overweight, for me it is especially important. In general, pasta can cook any dish of your choice. Again pasta with steamed vegetables.
